RAMP’s Victim Involvement

RAMP is a victim sensitive program that makes great effort to engage victims while accommodating victims’ needs.  Victim involvement is a major priority throughout the restorative justice process.

RAMP staff are required to complete training in respect to victim sensitivity.  RAMP also works in collaboration with the victim services unit at the Regina Police Services and R.C.M.P.  A specific pamphlet for victims was created by RAMP in consultation with the Regina Police Service, Victim Services Unit and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police – Victims Unit.
